OFFICIAL ONLINE APPLICATION GUIDE

Welcome to the official online application system of Arusha Institute of Business Studies (AIBS).

Please read these instructions carefully before starting or continuing your application.

📝 STEP 1: REGISTRATION (CREATE ACCOUNT)

To apply to the institute, you must first create an account.

Fill in the following information accurately:

🔹 Personal Information: First Name, Middle Name, Surname, Gender, Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy), Application Type, Entry Type
🔹 Contact Information: Email Address, Confirm Email, Country, Phone Number (+255 7XXXXXXXX)
🔹 Account Security: Password, Confirm Password

⚠️ Make sure your email is correct as it will be used for activation and official communication from the institute.

📩 STEP 2: ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

You will receive an activation email.
Open your Inbox.
Click the Activation Link.
If you don't see the email, check Spam, Junk, or Promotions (Gmail users).

⚠️ Without activating your account, you will not be able to log in.

🔐 STEP 3: LOGIN AND COMPLETE INFORMATION

After activating your account, log in and start completing your application details.

📊 APPLICATION COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

👤 Profile – At least 75%: You must fill at least 75% of your personal information.
🎓 Education Info – At least 25%: You must fill at least 25% of your educational information.
📎 Attachment – At least 20%: You must upload at least 20% of the required documents.

⚠️ The system will not allow you to access Apply Courses until these thresholds are met.

📚 APPLY COURSES

After meeting the requirements, go to the Apply Courses section, select your preferred course, ensure you meet the eligibility criteria, then click Apply.

👁 APPLICATION PREVIEW AND SUBMIT

Review all your information
Ensure there are no mistakes
Confirm your application

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Without clicking SUBMIT, your application will NOT be officially sent, you cannot be considered for selection, and the system will not count it as complete. Applications are only processed after clicking SUBMIT.

📄 GET ADMISSION LETTER

After your application is reviewed and officially approved by Arusha Institute of Business Studies (AIBS), you can download your Admission Letter from the system.
